Nursery Crop Commodity Day Plant Sale ft. Logan Hensley and the Cosmic Cowboy!

Join us on the market, Saturday, May 16th, for our celebration of Nursery Crop Day! All of our growers under Truck Sheds 1 & 2 will be joined by FFAs from Enka and Asheville High to offer a huge selection of plants, from hanging baskets to native shrubs and trees, herb and veggie starts, specialty Japanese Maples, peonies and roses and landscaping plants from fruit trees to individual cell annuals and perennials! Hundreds and hundreds of plants to shop from, and all the knowledge you could hope for from growers who’ve been raising plants in WNC for decades. Lunch and street food snacks with Claudia Y Los 4 Mariachis food truck, and live music to enjoy from Logan Hensley and the Cosmic Cowboy!
Follow posted signage down to the Truck Sheds and enjoy a casual afternoon celebration of the NC nursery growers who fill the market with color. And, speaking of color, we’re exited to debut some of the new seasonal branding artwork done for the market by Asheville artist Wyatt Grant—including this rhododendron he created for us. You’ll see more in our newsletter (sign up through the link in our bio) and in announcements for more commodity day celebrations on the market throughout the growing season!
