Quinn Sternberg leads the Quinn Sternberg Standards Trio, presenting classic jazz compositions and selections from the Great American Songbook with warmth, creativity, and deep respect for the tradition. Joined by Bill Bares on piano and Ryan Ptasnik on drums, the trio brings fresh perspective to beloved repertoire. Rooted in the spirit of classic jazz while fully alive to the present moment, the group interprets familiar material with reverence for its origins and a sense of adventurous exploration. Through thoughtful arrangements and dynamic improvisation, Sternberg and his collaborators create performances that feel both timeless and immediate—inviting listeners to hear these enduring standards in a new light.
