Michael Rabinowitz Jazz Quartet featuring Steve Davidowski on piano, Bob Songster on bass, and Rick Dilling on Drums.
Jazz bassoonist Michael Rabinowitz returns to Mars Landing! This time alongside the great innovative pianist & instrumentalist Steve Davidowski (former member of the Dixie Dregs). These two master musicians will be joined on stage with none other than drummer Rick Dilling and bassist Bob Songster.
Pulling from Steve’s many influences such as country, blues, fusion, and experimental styles, they will be performing original compositions with plenty of blues and swinging jazz!
The evening will consist of two sets with a short intermission.
Since 2021, Mars Landing Galleries had been a standout gallery for the works of over 35 visual artists living and working in and around Western North Carolina. As a clear destination for art enthusiasts along with a newly expanding arts program, Mars Landing Arts Center (MLAC) debuted in February 2026. The center also provides affordable & flexible working studios for artists. We are an independent arts center, collaborating with artists and non-profits to bring the arts from around the corner to around the world for our WNC community. We curate exhibitions, artist talks, performances, film screenings, and workshops. We also offer affordable art studios and spaces, as well as an art boutique with original works by our local artists. marslandinggalleries.com
