Keep the party rolling. This is the Official Downtown After 5 After Party, in partnership with the Asheville Downtown Association.
The Carolina Tumbleweed Band, joined by powerhouse vocalist Mara Johnson, trades the neon for something smoother with a Yacht Rock set that hits just right. Think laid-back grooves, polished hooks, and singalongs you didn’t realize you had memorized. Hall & Oates, Steely Dan, Michael McDonald, Christopher Cross… the kind of soundtrack that pairs perfectly with a drink in hand and nowhere to be in the morning.
From 7PM to 11PM, expect easy energy, packed floors, and a room that somehow feels like a coastal escape in the middle of downtown.
And when you think the night’s winding down, Braelyn keeps it going from 11PM to 1AM with a late-night acoustic set. A rising local country voice with a knack for storytelling, it’s the kind of set that pulls you in a little closer and keeps you there.
Downtown After 5 might wrap up outside, but this is where the night keeps going.
