Marshall Pi Day! ft. Paint Rock, Pierce Edens, Assmystics & more!

We’re excited to announce the return of what is quickly becoming a much-anticipated spring tradition in Marshall: Pi Day!
Observed on 3/14, of course, pi day is a celebration of all things pi (and pie)! We’ve got an exciting line up of events:
All day:
🥧 Pie scavenger hunt: look for a small, hidden pie trinket around participating businesses for the chance to win some very special discounts!
5pm-9pm on Back Street/ Jerry Plemmons Way:
🎤Live music from Paint Rock, Pierce Edens Assmystics & more!
🌊Dunk tank featuring Mayor Aaron Haynie & others: solve a math problem for the chance to dunk the mayor!
🥧 Pie Raffle courtesy of @walnutfamilybakery : we will be raffling off two of Camille’s incredible pies. Tickets are $2 each. If you sign up to become a DMA member or are an existing member current on your dues, you’ll get five free raffle tickets!
🍪Food Truck: @begoniafinefoods will be set up with a delicious menu of pot pies and sides (gf and vegan options available).
