Laura Blackley is a singer, writer and purveyor of high lonesome Appalachian blues and soul. She plays ‘folk tunes with a rock n roll soundtrack’ with her band the Wildflowers.
David Zoll has played guitar with with Cajun and Zydeco outfit Bayou Diesel, reggae-dub group Chalwa , Americana duo The Everydays, blues rock quartet DZQ, old-school country outfit The Old Chevrolette set, and Laura Blackley and the Wildflowers.
Founded in 2005, Pisgah is known for producing some of the most sought after craft ales in Western North Carolina. Pisgah Brewing Company currently operates an indoor taproom and an open air outdoor bar in the summer and fall months with live music several days a week.
