Musical Mad Scientist Keller Williams brings his Appalachian Psychedelic Bluegrass project, Keller & the Keels, to the stage on Saturday, August 29 with special guest Tanasi. Joining him are award-winning flatpicker Larry Keel and his rock-solid, in-the-pocket bass-playing wife, Jenny Keel. The trio—formed in 2004—has recorded three albums together (Grass, Thief, and Speed), and with only a handful of shows each year, every performance turns into a joyful, high-energy acoustic picking party. As Keller puts it, “We vowed from the beginning that we wouldn’t do it often so that when we did, it would be special—and it is.”
2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Grass, Keller & the Keels’ first album together. After two decades, Grass finally gets its first-ever vinyl pressing—available on site and ready to roll
