SATURDAY, JUNE 27, we’ll be rocking the stage as part of the FAMILY JAM, a fundraiser for Food Connection. This is a FREE SHOW, at HomeTrust Park (formerly McCormick Field) from 11-3, featuring us, Billy Jonas, and a bunch of other awesomeness!!
Food Connection is one of my favorite organizations in town!! They were the recipient org of last year’s Big Secret Family Show, and I got to know them well. They save chef prepared food from being discarded, repackage it as single meals, and distribute it all over the AVL area to folks who are hungry. They are kind, hardworking, and thorough!!
Come on out, jam with us, and know that any money you spend there will go towards helping our community thrive!!
There will be food and drink for purchase. A $5 wristband lets you enjoy unlimited activities and games. Proceeds benefit Food Connection- the nonprofit that “Reduces Food Waste and Eases Hunger in Western North Carolina”. Join us from 11am to 3pm for Family Jam presented by Best Buy Metals
