Micah Cottingham and William Steven Hall met, and began writing together, in the fall of 2020, while their other touring projects were placed on hold. With North Carolina Folk roots and a lust for adventure, their music lends itself to both listening rooms and music festivals alike. “Dark and holy” harmonies compliment the dynamic instrumentation and arrangement of each song’s journey. falllift writes about finding balance, navigating relationships, holding space for hardness, and the collective experience of what it means to be human in today’s world. falllift.com
