Community Day Schedule of Events

Noon–5pm: Free admission to the Museum, including the special exhibition In a New Light: American Impressionism, 1870-1940

1–3:30pm: Live Gypsy jazz-style music in the Atrium with The John Henrys

1–4pm: Impressionist-inspired art activities. Join in creating a giant paint by number Impressionist canvas inspired by John Henry Sharp’s Aerial of Golden Aspens on Mountains

and make a mini-Impressionist viewfinder keychain to take with you.

1–4pm: Express tours of In a New Light held on the hour for thirty minutes each.

2–4pm: Painting demonstration with Impressionist inspired plein air painter, Yekaterina Benson.
