Asheville Junction is a bluegrass/Americana band from the high country of North Carolina.  Their lively, entertaining shows feature hot fiddlin’, vocals, harmonies and much more.  Folks find themselves singing, clapping, and toe-tappin’ along to the music. With the band composed of Tierra Raiti (award winning fiddler/vocalist), Rudy Cortese (five-time Four Corner States Banjo Champion), Christian Davis (Mandolin), and Maria Raiti (upright bass, guitar), It’s a verifiable who’s who of talent. Jack Of The Wood is still a downtown hot spot for food, brews and drink since 1997 and founders Joan and Joe Eckert who still own it, have maintained the original lively English and Irish vibe.
