Ben Colvin Quartet
February 5 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Ben Colvin Quartet brings a dynamic mix of groove-driven music to the stage, featuring special guests and creative surprises in the second set of the evening. Drawing from ’60s-era soul jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythms, and contemporary fusion and funk, each performance is rooted in deep pocket and spirited improvisation.
Led by longtime Asheville saxophonist Ben Colvin, the group features Joe Enright (drums), Quinn Sternberg (bass), and Alex Taub (keys). Their sets span timeless compositions by Wayne Shorter and Hank Mobley alongside modern influences like Roy Hargrove and Ben Wendel, woven together with original material. Expect swinging horns, deep grooves, and an ever-evolving musical conversation.
