Full Cord is an award winning bluegrass band from Grand Haven, Michigan, known for tight harmonies, sharp songwriting, and a live set that balances tradition with adventurous edges. Formed in 2008, the band’s name comes from an early gig where Eric (guitar & also a sawyer) spotted their instruments piled up and joked it looked like a “full cord of wood.” In 2022, Full Cord won the Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Contest and was named IBMA Momentum Band of the Year, a one two punch that helped put them on the national bluegrass map. Their Dark Shadow debut, Cambium (2023), captures the band’s range: driving originals, tasteful genre cross pollination, and serious chops.
Founded in 2005, Pisgah is known for producing some of the most sought after craft ales in Western North Carolina. Pisgah Brewing Company currently operates the new indoor taproom with live music several days a week, plus our outdoor music venue in the summer and fall months with live music frequently on WNC’s premier outdoor music venue, the Pisgah Brewing Outdoor Stage.
