Raise your steins high—it’s time for our 7th Annual Sausage Festival! Out in the Big Barn, we’re celebrating the season’s crowning event: all things sausage, paired with kraut, brews, pretzels, and mustard. Get in the spirit with your best Oktoberfest or fall-themed costume (extra points for silly sausage themes)!

Food and drink will be flowing all day. Silly Willies Food Truck will be serving up Hickory Nut Gap sausages and dogs, Blunt Pretzels (from Swannanoa) will bring authentic German pretzels, and the Farm Store will feature sausage samples and sales with Lusty Monk Mustards. Local craft beers, NA drinks, and sodas will be on tap at the HNG Bar, while Barn Door Ciderworks pours crisp local cider.
Don’t miss our raffle benefiting WNC Food Waste Solutions! Tickets are just $5 for a chance to win a local goodie basket featuring HNG salamis and vendor favorites, a freezer sampler of HNG sausages and dogs, or a pasture-raised Thanksgiving Turkey or Ham (winner’s choice!).
