Gospel Night with The Mickens Family

Look who’s coming to the Double Crown!!! The incredibly talented Mickens family from Hopkins SC returns to The Double Crown Thursday October 26th! 9 pm $10

Formerly known as Rev. Matthew Mickens & The Highway Travelers of South Carolina. The Highway Travelers began more than 50 years ago with a vision of Deacon James & Pastor Hattie Mickens. As The Highway Travelers had children the group grew bigger and had to be split into two.  Deacon Mickens absolutely loved this.  He had his children, The Highway Travelers and his grandchildren, The Junior Travelers. He was proud to have his entire family doing what he loved, singing good gospel music.
