We are thrilled this FREE event showcasing the sustainable, living crafts of traditional Appalachia is back to a two-day celebration! Watch, participate, and enjoy various demonstrations of heritage crafts. There will be storytelling and live music featuring modern takes on traditional Appalachian music forms.

11:00 Split Rail (Bluegrass) This band is from upstate South Carolina and have been performing for over 40 years as a band.
12:00 Giddens Family Band (Old Time music) Featuring fiddling legend George Giddens and his family band.
1:00 Buncombe Turnpike (Bluegrass) Asheville’s premier bluegrass band features some of the area’s most talented musicians and songwriters.
2:00 Whimmy Diddle Competition!
3:00 Jonah Riddle and Carolina Express (Bluegrass) This band of young local talents has been performing since they were children and have a great sound.
