As Suns Of Stars has been gathering momentum they’ve picked up Alex Ball (fiddle) and Jason Flournoy (banjo). Suns Of Stars members are all hometown heroes in various musical projects around town which has led to great turnout at their shows. DESCRIPTION:This year’s event will bring three bands (Several Dudes\, Karma Dogs\, and Mission Accomplished) to the stage for an evening of music and FUNdraising for the United Stroke Alliance and Asheville on Bikes. These organizations work to improve lives through advocacy\, education\, and social support. Our goal is to not only raise money but also raise awareness of time-sensitive emergencies\, stroke\, heart attacks and trauma. The event will include education on cycling safety and stroke and heart disease prevention and early treatment and recovery.
