Led by “The Unofficial Musical Mayor of Asheville” Josh Blake – (JamBase\, Live For Live Music)\, each Jukebox show represents a collaborative\, “All Star” cast featuring some of Josh’s friends and favorite musical collaborators\, each bringing their unique style and sound to the table. With a repertoire spanning decades and genres\, Josh Blake’s Jukebox is guaranteed to tear the roof off off the building with a blend of familiar classics\, stretched out improvisations\, and original tunes from the cast of each performance. \nPunkadelick is a band led by Mike Dillon\, described as a punk-jazz hybrid that blends elements of punk rock\, funk\, and jazz. The band features Dillon on vibraphone\, marimba\, and other instruments\, along with Brian Haas on keyboards and bass\, and Nikki Glaspie on drums and vocals. They are known for their energetic live performances and their blend of innovative and provocative music.

DESCRIPTION:Sip and stroll through the Arboretum’s gardens in the glow of the golden hour\, all while listening to live music from a variety of local and regional artists! Arbor Evenings runs Wednesdays and Thursdays through September 18\, 2025 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. There is no additional cost to attend ArborEvenings beyond our standard parking fee. As always\, Arboretum Society members and their accompanying guests can enter for FREE (guests must be in member vehicles to receive free entry). Proceeds from Arbor Evenings help support the The North Carolina Arboretum Society and further advance the Arboretum’s mission. \nFood is available for purchase from a rotating selection of local food trucks. See Performance Schedule click here! \nBeer\, Wine\, and soft drinks will be for sale onsite at the Green Gardener’s Shed from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m. each night of the event. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited\, but guests are welcome to bring in water or a favorite non-alcoholic beverage. \nArborEvenings is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain\, Arbor Evenings will relocate indoors to the Baker Visitor Center.

DESCRIPTION:Join us this summer at Town Square in downtown Black Mountain for our 2025 Park Rhythms Concert Series!\nThis year’s series will consist of four free concerts throughout June – July. We’re super excited to welcome the following artists to this year’s lineup: Colby T. Helms & The Virginia Creepers\, Sluice\, Fust\, Lorg\, and Tyler Ramsey!\nWe’re also excited to be partnering with White Horse Black Mountain for this year’s series. In the event of rain\, shows will be moved inside to the White Horse’s beautiful listening room.\nConcert-goers are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to each show.
