Arbor Evenings runs Wednesdays and Thursdays through September 18\, 2025 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. There is no additional cost to attend ArborEvenings beyond our standard parking fee. As always\, Arboretum Society members and their accompanying guests can enter for FREE (guests must be in member vehicles to receive free entry). Proceeds from Arbor Evenings help support the The North Carolina Arboretum Society and further advance the Arboretum’s mission. \nFood is available for purchase from a rotating selection of local food trucks. See Performance Schedule click here! \nBeer\, Wine\, and soft drinks will be for sale onsite at the Green Gardener’s Shed from 5:30 to 8:15 p.m. each night of the event. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited\, but guests are welcome to bring in water or a favorite non-alcoholic beverage. \nArborEvenings is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain\, Arbor Evenings will relocate indoors to the Baker Visitor Center.

Not only is August our anniversary month\, but we also thought we’d take this time to celebrate a grand reopening\, since we didn’t go all out when we opened back up post-Helene rebuild. This 25 year milestone and the accomplishment of getting back up and running after 7 months of being closed is something worth celebrating\, and there’s no better way to honor our roots and our community than with live music from our resident artists\, our regular art vendors\, delicious local food\, and of course\, our favorite French Broad beer.\nThis is a free event that is family and pet friendly. There will be live music all day\, food vendors\, craft vendors\, and a fundraiser for @river.link!\n\n\n\nFrench Broad River Brewery is more than just a place to enjoy a drink—it’s a community hub where great beer\, live music\, and good times come together.
