This project is a foray further into the realm of bluegrass jam\, with more emphasis on improvisation piled on top of a structure of traditional bluegrass and innovative original songwriting. As a trio with Greg Stiglets on bass\, the band packs a large sound coming from three acoustic instruments\, and often adds a fourth player for further improvisational and bluegrass firepower.\n\nJam > Grass > Jam is not an open bluegrass jam but is a residency featuring a rotating casts of special guests from Asheville’s bluegrass/jamband scene.\n\nFrench Broad River Brewery is more than just a place to enjoy a drink—it’s a community hub where great beer\, delicious pizza\, live music\, and good times come together.
