DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, March 25th\, 2026 | Doors 6PM || Event 7PM || $23.70 adv. Event Details and Tickets\n\nRosenau & Sanborn is a duo composed of Chris Rosenau (Volcano Choir\, Collections Of Colonies Of Bees) and Nick Sanborn (Sylvan Esso\, Megafaun\, Made Of Oak). The pair have been friends and collaborators for years\, however it wasn’t until they played an improvised set together at 2015’s Eaux Claires music festival that they realized the potential of making a record together.\n\nTwo\, the second album by Chris Rosenau and Nick Sanborn\, is a beautiful and unforced conversation\, hotwired synths and a strangely tuned acoustic guitar in easy dialogue. It calls back to the electro-acoustic intimacy of their work as Collections of Colonies of Bees\, skittering beats and bleeps braided with balmy strums into melodies that have time to wander.\n\nNorth Carolina music fans may remember Westerlund from the acclaimed indie-folk trio Megafaun\, which emerged from the Triangle’s fertile music scene during the first decade of the 2000s. But his career since has taken a more exploratory turn — moving deeper into improvisation\, collaboration and experimental composition.\n  \nThe AyurPrana Listening Room was constructed within the walls of a former church and built to compliment and expand upon the natural acoustics of the room by way of fresh audio equipment and extraordinary sound treatment. Interplaced between acoustic panels and rustically braced arches\, sliding panels adorn the windows and upstage walls allowing the ability to fine-tune the liveliness of the room.
