DESCRIPTION:Introducing The Connect: a weekly community jam at The One Stop curated by Women to the Front on Tuesdays\, 8-11pm. We’re thrilled to kick off this new jam on August 4 with Melissa McKinney Friends!\nAsheville Music Hall The One Stop has a long history of being a place where musicians come together. The Connect is about continuing that spirit while helping create something new. This weekly jam aims to be a welcoming\, respectful space where professional musicians\, rising artists\, and everyone in between can come together to collaborate\, connect\, and learn from each other.\nEach week will feature a thoughtfully curated group of musicians who will start the night with a short set and then open the night to a jam. The goal is to build community across different generations\, backgrounds\, genres\, and levels of experience. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone can feel safe\, respected\, and encouraged to attend.\nCome play\, come listen\, come make some new friends\, and help us reconnect with Asheville’s music community.
