Close Knobs is a new collaboration from Justin Stanton and Chris Bullock of Snarky Puppy\, joined by drummer Kurt Stracener (Mellow Swells) and bassist Quinn Sternberg (New Dawn Starkestra). The group explores a vibrant\, wordless (but not always) sound world shaped by Brazilian music\, electronic textures\, and free improvisation. Think Milton Nascimento meets Alice Coltrane meets Flying Lotus. Rooted in melody and spontaneity\, their music invites listeners into a space of deep connection and exploration. Dancing is optional but encouraged.

He’s a band-fronting\, songwriting party animal who turns into a swirling rock ‘n’ roll Tasmanian Devil onstage leading his U.N.\, not unlike Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band. From switching instruments mid-song to Frasco stagediving into the crowd or kibitzing with them\, an Andy Frasco & The U.N. show is a celebration of inclusivity and tolerance where “You do You” and “let us do us.” \nFounded in 2005\, Pisgah is known for producing some of the most sought after craft ales in Western North Carolina. Pisgah Brewing Company currently operates an indoor taproom and an open air outdoor bar in the summer and fall months with live music several days a week.
