We’ll invite children up to sing for a sing along portion of the show. Blu and I will harmonize the classics and sing some obscure tunes as well. Something for everyone.

The Candlelight Stroll is a cherished, annual community event bringing folks to Main Street (and the Community Center!) to do some holiday shopping, spread good cheer, and celebrate the season together.
Festive Singing and Caroling: North Windy Ridge Intermediate School caroled through Town. Starting near Rodney’s at 6:15 and winding their way through town. North Buncombe High School Choir kicked us off by singing at the Tree Lighting, and then caroling through Town.
Jupiter, experimental music from Jeff Arnal, Kris Gruda, and John English, will also perform in celebration of their new, eponymous album.

Nobody’s Darling String Band is a group of five ladies who are seasoned Old Time musicians, that play lively Mountain Music every Saturday from 4 to 6 at Jack of the Wood. A fiddle, guitars, standup bass and banjo uke round out this engaging and energetic group, playing in the traditional style of Appalachian roots music.
Jack Of The Wood is still a downtown hot spot for food, brews and drink since 1997 and founders Joan and Joe Eckert who still own it, have maintained the original lively English and Irish vibe.
