Throughout Autumn we’ll be hosting intimate music events on Saturday Nights at the Asheville Dispensary Elixir & Tea Bar. Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band is a seasoned group of musicians, who have taken their high energy, Funk filled live stage show back and forth across the country since they first hit the scene back in 2002. Grammy nominated singer-songwriter Amythyst Kiah will be our next featured guest in The Sanctuary Concert Series (housed in the historic Central United Methodist Church in downtown Asheville) at 7 p.m. on Friday November 3rd. Brevard-based songstress, Lillie Syracuse will open the show.
Proceeds from ticket sales for the show will benefit Equal Plates Project, an Asheville nonprofit aimed at supporting small, local farms and addressing food insecurity.
