The Western Carolina Writers organizers have graciously offered to donate 100% of net ticket proceeds directly to BeLoved Asheville and the AVL Musician Relief Fund, both of which are linked above. MR JIMMY is the solo project of Blues guitarist & vocalist Jim “Ang” Anderson, who has fronted The Chicago Kingsnakes for the past 35 years. Blue Monday at the Joint next door started as a solo Blues show with Mr Jimmy and has evolved into a Jam Session of sorts. Jimmy is joined with different musical cohorts every week.
