On SATURDAY, JUNE 15, we’re kicking off summer with a new Hillman beer and FREE live music from 2-9pm. Summer Crush Appalachian Ale releases in cans and on draft at open, plus we’ll have two of Asheville’s finest providing tunes: Drew Matulich & Friends from 2-5pm, and Rahm Squad (Rahm, Caromia, Elon JD, Dennis Brumback, Logan Jayne) from 6-9pm!
SUMMER CRUSH: This crisp summer ale is a happy accident that just keeps on giving. Originally it was an accidentally dry-hopped Kolsch, but this year we did it on purpose! It has the malt profile of a Kolsch, yeast of a Pale ale, and the hoppiness of an IPA, so whether you call it a dry-hopped Kolsch, a Pale Ale or, even, an IPL, you’d be mostly right. Just drink it and stop worrying about the style.
