We have curated a varied market of innovative vendors along comfort food, drink specials and live music with Suns of Stars, a band that blends contemporary and traditional bluegrass with a high energy jam style.

JuneBug is excited to be hosting the SART (Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre) reunion this weekend! Their alumni will be taking the stage from 1-4 pm open mic style. Performers to include Fancy and the Gentlemen, Tom Godleski and the Buncombe Turnpike and Bruce Lang among others in attendance.

Darren Nicholson Band is a group of Appalachian musicians who have common respect for and love of American acoustic music. There are GRAMMY and award-winning musicians in this band, and the members each have long track records as credible, national performers, including performances at Carnegie Hall and the Grand Ole Opry. They are known for creatively blending Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel, and Swing, into a new American acoustic music experience.

Unfortunately Widespread Panic has canceled their show in Asheville this weekend – fortunately, I’m still playing what was a pre-show and I’ve added the incredible Jeff Sipe on drums, The Keith Allen (The Mantras) on guitar & Jeremy Shaw on bass for what will be a fun afternoon of jams.

Josh Daniel has been a fixture in the vibrant “Queen City” music scene for years, tirelessly refining his skills and emerging as a regional tour de force. The Upbeats Ukulele Band will perform a one-hour concert called “Beatlemania” from 6:30-7:30. Come and enjoy this unique performance of all of your favorite Beatles tunes!
