Yellgnatz is a producer and DJ based in Atlanta, Georgia. Since late 2020, he has been paving his own lane in psychedelic bass music.

Whether they’re bringing the classic sound of bluegrass or exploring new musical territory, Fireside Collective delivers a fresh, energetic approach and a blast of enthusiastic creativity that’s electrifying audiences across the country.
Of course, as bands become more prominent so, too, does the tendency of the industry to try to classify and define them, and Dangermuffin is no exception. Tagged every style from jamband and southern rock to acoustic folk and bluegrass, the band has consistently shattered all categorizations and defied pigeonholing. While “Roots-Rock Americana” might be the most fitting and recurring label for the band, no designation perfectly characterizes Dangermuffin and its sound.

Throughout all the years and lineup changes, this core trio has always been the foundation. We’ve dusted off our original material and learned a number of great new covers to fit the new format. Now the band is returning to old haunts and new venues alike to give crowds a taste of old-school Asheville with a new guitar-led sensibility. The ECD sound has been reshaped with original songs and choice covers ranging from jammy psychedelia to full-force rock.

The Asheville Fringe Arts Festival provides artists with opportunities to explore the edges of their work, to collaborate across genres and to bring new and innovative performances to culturally adventurous audiences. Our continual goal is to curate experiences that expand the minds and hearts of our audiences and to be inclusive of artists who work within a myriad of genres, styles, and forms to create truly unique and original pieces in our community. We strongly suggest that you see more than one Fringe show because of the incredible variety of artists and types of work. Dark City Kings work to marry the garage rock of the Asheville underground with the mountain music of this region. This is Black Mountain flirting music. We are heartache, raucous sing-alongs, indie pop, Irish music, country music, get up and dance, and then make-out with your baby at the dark end of the bar.
