WTF Music Festival is coming to Salvage Station on Sunday, September 29th, 2024! Doors open at 12:00PM and the music starts at 1:00PM. This is a General Admission, all-ages show. Root Down will be serving their delicious twist on Southern Soul Food PLUS we will have our FULL bar open for you to enjoy! LARGE EVENT PARKING

WTF is a music festival dedicated to celebrating Women. We are also committed to supporting Trans women, and those who identify as non-binary. We aim to be a spotlight for these musicians, songwriters, sound engineers, and other music industry professionals as well as highlighting businesses and nonprofits that serve and support them. The primary goal of WTF is to shed light on the inequalities that exist in the music industry, and to work towards change.
We are hosting a benefit on Saturday with live music (house and disco w/ live guitar, maybe an Interstellar Noise originals set thrown in there too). We’ll be giving out nonperishable food, tons of water and other hydrating drinks, etc. Please bring anything you want to donate and please take anything and everything you need. Event will be free to all but we’ll be accepting donations for local relief. That includes cash, food, water, supplies, etc.

We will be hosting open mic tonight at Mudpuppies with hostess CaroMia Humphrey . Come play us some tunes, let’s all hug one another and just hang for a bit. Nobody’s Darling String Band is a group of five ladies who are seasoned Old Time musicians, that play lively Mountain Music every Saturday from 4 to 6 at Jack of the Wood. A fiddle, guitars, standup bass and banjo uke round out this engaging and energetic group, playing in the traditional style of Appalachian roots music.
