ZOSO Celebrates 28 Years as America’s Premier Led Zeppelin Tribute Band
Over the 28 years and over 4500 shows since ZOSO came together as a group in the mid-‘90s, the seemingly tireless quartet has continued to earn its well-deserved reputation as being, in the words of The L.A. Times, “head and shoulders above all other Led Zeppelin tributes.”

Sip and stroll through the Arboretum’s gardens in the glow of the golden hour, all while listening to live music from a variety of local and regional artists! ArborEvenings runs Thursdays and most Fridays through September from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
There is no additional cost to attend ArborEvenings beyond our standard parking fee. As always, Arboretum Society members and their accompanying guests can enter for FREE (guests must be in member vehicles to receive free entry). The Skyland Fire Department Chief Officers and Safety Day Planning Committee are pleased to announce the Skyland Fire Department Safety Day presented by Hunter Subaru.
The event will focus on safety around the home, fire safety tips, health and wellness, CPR training, and demonstrations of the department’s newest apparatus, a ladder truck and a fire engine. Local bands Red Clay Revival and City Limits will perform.

JuneBug is excited to be hosting the SART (Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre) reunion this weekend! Their alumni will be taking the stage from 1-4 pm open mic style. Performers to include Fancy and the Gentlemen, Tom Godleski and the Buncombe Turnpike and Bruce Lang among others in attendance.
Darren Nicholson Band is a group of Appalachian musicians who have common respect for and love of American acoustic music. There are GRAMMY and award-winning musicians in this band, and the members each have long track records as credible, national performers, including performances at Carnegie Hall and the Grand Ole Opry. They are known for creatively blending Bluegrass, Folk, Gospel, and Swing, into a new American acoustic music experience.

Stage show on the Bascom Lamar Lunsford stage and informal jam sessions around the park. Bring your instruments, lawn chairs or blankets, family and friends and join us “along about sundown” – or at seven o’clock for those who wear a watch – and enjoy the rich traditional music and dance heritage of the Southern Appalachian Mountains.
