Burnpile is Burial Beer Co.’s premier Beer and Music Festival. Hosted at Burial’s Forestry Camp facility, attendees enjoy a full-day concert alongside a tasting experience from a diverse lineup of 50+ of the best breweries in the country.
Each year, we invite some of the finest breweries across the globe to join us. Our guest list represents long-lasting industry friendships and producers who have blown us away with their offerings. We’re also proud to offer an exciting list of newcomers to join the party.
This year, we’re leaning into that Americana thang. Enjoy live performances by Deer Tick, S.G. Goodman, and MJ Lenderman.
There are three levels of immersion at Burnpile 2023:
1. General Admission – Join the Show – $50
2. Tasting Experience – Join the Beer Festival – $80
3. VIP Experience – Gain Exclusive Access – SOLD OUT
Burial operates four taprooms across the state of North Carolina: the OG South Slope Taproom and Forestry Camp facility in Asheville, the Charlotte House of Relics and the Raleigh Exhibit in downtown DTR. Progress continues to be made on the South Slope expansion, which will include Eulogy music venue, additional Beer Hall space, an additional Brewing Facility, Restaurant, VISUALs Bar, and Rooftop Experience. This October, the Haywood County Historical & Genealogical Society and Mountain Memories Productions will co-sponsor a fundraiser to benefit the Society and the Canton Historical Museum. As part of an increased effort in Haywood County to celebrate our rich history, the HCH&GS will hold a new event called “Plott-Toberfest” which combines the traditional PlottFest UKC Annual Competition – a celebration of our NC State Dog, the Plott Hound – and the rich German history of Haywood County.

We’ve partnered with SlayTheMic to bring our live storytelling event to Asheville this October. The event will feature seven live storytellers and a The Doors Tribute show by The Alien Music Club.

Kyshona has mixed her love of story telling with the sound of her musical roots. Soulful, spiritual, at times guttural, Kyshona delivers an open honesty through her voice and lyrics. Her desire when she is performing is to connect with and take the audience on an emotional, soul stirring, musical journey. Comprised of an all-star line-up of some of Asheville North Carolina’s best musicians, Dirty Logic works hard to create a show that both honors the exceptional music of Steely Dan and showcases the incredible skill and unique musical voice of each of the band’s members. This 11-piece powerhouse delivers the experience that true Steely Dan fans recognize as authentic passion for the music, skillfully and joyfully recreated.
Join us on the Outdoor Stage at Salvage Station on Thursday, October 12th! Doors open at 6:00PM and the music starts at 7:00PM. Root Down will be serving their delicious twist on Southern Soul food PLUS we will have additional food trucks on-site for the duration of the show.
